The 15th International Conference on Telecommunications includes a special session on Information and Communication Technologies for Crisis & Disaster Management.
A call of papers has been launched. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that present original unpublished research on using ICTs for all phases of the disaster management cycle (prevention, preparedness, response and recovery).
The deadline to submit the full papers has been extended to 12 April 2019.
Accepted papers will be presented within the ConTEL programme. They will also be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
